COVID-19 Policy Updates:
All sales are now final as we are unable to accept returns/exchanges, in an effort to protect our health and the business. As the situation evolves we will adjust our policies accordingly to best serve you.
Orders canceled after the UPS tracking information has been sent will be charged a 20% restocking fee, this also applies to orders canceled while in transit and orders refused at time of delivery. Understand at that point your plants have been pulled from various greenhouses, tagged, cleaned, bagged, watered, wrapped, bagged again, packaged with p-nuts, paperwork, box, tape and state permits. If for any reason you need to cancel an order it must be done ASAP for a full refund.
Your orders and our customer service are the lifeblood of Botanical Growers. We are deemed an Essential Agriculture Service and are open for business. We stay focused and work through orders we receive with a positive attitude and a smile. Though magic and miracles are beyond us, we are doing everything in our power to ship everyone’s plants as quickly as possible.
